I support the Back 2 Work (B2W) department across Southern and Central California, leveraging more than seven years of combined experience in research, data analytics, administration, and operations. I bring analytical precision and organizational expertise to the B2W team, playing a key role in ensuring program compliance, optimizing data systems, and producing accurate, insightful reporting that reflects participant engagement, program performance, and measurable outcomes.

 

Motivated by an awareness of systemic inequities that limit access to educational and workforce opportunities, I joined B2W to help strengthen data-informed strategies that drive equitable workforce development. I am passionate about using accurate reporting and analysis to identify trends, measure impact, and improve program effectiveness, ultimately ensuring that resources reach the communities that need them most.

 

I believe that when workforce programs are guided by strong data and efficient administration, individuals are better equipped to learn, grow, and achieve self-sufficiency. My work supports initiatives that empower participants to gain meaningful employment, advance economically, and contribute to building stronger, more equitable communities across California.
