I serve as the Senior Administrative Assistant, for the Back 2 Work (B2W) department across Southern and Central California. With a strong foundation in research and data, administration, and operations, I bring analytical precision and organizational expertise to the B2W team. I play a key role in maintaining program compliance, managing data systems, and ensuring that reporting accurately reflects participant and program performance. 

 

Motivated by an awareness of systemic inequities that limit access to educational and workforce opportunities, I joined B2W to help strengthen data-informed strategies that drive equitable workforce development. I am passionate about using accurate reporting and analysis to identify trends, measure impact, and improve program effectiveness, ultimately ensuring that resources reach the communities that need them most.

 

I believe that when workforce programs are guided by strong data and efficient administration, individuals are better equipped to learn, grow, and achieve self-sufficiency. My work supports initiatives that empower participants to gain meaningful employment, advance economically, and contribute to building stronger, more equitable communities across California.
